●If the number of monsters you control changes due to an effect chained to “Urgent Tuning”, and you don't have a Synchro Monster of a Level you could Summon when “Urgent Tuning” resolves, you must show your Extra Deck to your opponent to prove that you can't Summon a monster. You don't have to show your Extra Deck to your opponent if you would not be able to Synchro Summon at all when “Urgent Tuning” resolves. (Because you control only 1 monster, or control only Tuner monsters, etc.)
●You can use monsters that are not affected by Trap Cards, like “Elemental Hero Wildheart” as Synchro Material Monsters for “Urgent Tuning”.
